EMR name and Version
Check with your vendor if you do not have this
information.
Database password
pogoMD creates a secure, encrypted connection directly to your database. You will need to provide the database login information when you register. Check with your EMR vendor or your IT person if you do not have this information.
WAN IP address
The WAN IP address is the address your server uses to access the internet. If you do know this, then from your office computer click here and record the information.
Valid email
Your email address is used as part of the authentication process.
Valid credit card
The pogoMD service is available for a monthly fee of $24.99 per provider. It can be cancelled at any time.
